This is a collection of three repeating prints that are inspired by a scene in a Japanese movie, Sakuran(さくらん).
Starting from the left to right, the prints are inspired by: the golden folding screens that decorated the room, the environment and the kimonos, and the hair pieces from the characters.
Works are shown in the sequence of first the inspiration photo, then the drawings that serve as the basic motif for the repeating prints, the repeating prints, and at last the applications.
