Typography Arabic

Just like the "Typography Latin" project, we were asked to be inspired by another city to create a font, only this time, the font is Arabic.
For my city I chose the beautiful Morocco, with it's rich culture, history and beautiful patterns, there was a lot to be inspired by.
Below is a breakdown of my concept, and the elements of Morocco that inspired my grid. 
Then we were asked to do a touristic promotional poster, the poster reads "Morocco, glory of the past, wonders of the future"
