Herb Sprout is an all-vegan cafe located in California. This cafe offers a full menu of food and drink and needed a fresh, environmentally friendly way to show off their menus. These menus are of scrap wood, stained, and then cut to size. The design of the menu is clean and easy to read. Since Herb Sprout is a fresh, vegan restaurant, items on the menu are seasonal. The clips holding the paper menu to the board are easily interchangeable, so when brussels sprouts are not in-season, the menus can accommodate the customers.
