Created by the Geneva Centre for Autism, the Stepping Stones Café enables those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder to participate more fully in their communities by acquiring hands-on skills working in an operational café.

The labyrinthine logo represents the transformative journey participants of the 6-month culinary program embark upon. Applicants enter the program as novices to the restaurant world, and finish with a number of skills that allow them to acquire and maintain jobs in the workforce.

The intention was to create a friendly and professional environment in which the participants would be proud to work and gain experience, and in which customers would enjoy lingering over a good cup of coffee.
