We were tasked with choosing a channel and rebranding it, creating an Ident, Channel Bug, Lower Third, Break Bumper and Menu Board to fit the theme of the channel's programming. The channel I chose was Alibi, a channel known for its content revolving around murder and crime solving. 

 

I chose to make my rebrand around a theme I called 'the red reveal', where the colour red is what brings to light the logo, upcoming shows, and so on. I did this because I believe that with murder-mystery shows, there is no alibi in the absense of 'red' blood being spilled.

Above is the animatic for the ident I created for the channel, showing hints of a crime scene that I would film myself to keep the feel of the content the channel is known for.
