Drawings of Ideas for possible building design for subject work
Intial Ideas based on sketches and 3D work to produce a secondary picture of the final piece. Design is based on spacing and unique features which each client will have based on a design specification.
Accurate drawing of first initial idea from between the front plane and top plane to reveal parts of the unifinished roof and entrance to the main building.
Possible Ideas for a roof on the first intial design as well as aesthetic features such as wood support structures which will be located in one corner of the building and a design for a balcony for clients living in the apartment block. The picked roofing design was the first roof style due to aesthetics and function as it would allow light to pass through and would still be ergonomically suitable for its' shape.
An isometric drawing of another possible design idea which is not yet developed to it's finshed state as it should be. And a two point perspective drawing of the first initial drawing to show two planes of the building so that more detail can be shown.

Third initial idea for the development of the building idea which will now incorporate aesthetics with features of sustainability as the walls which are faced at an angle will produce windows for light to radiate into the building during the day. As well as an idea for a support structure which will also act as a barrier to the entrance way.
3D drawings of buildings which I had drawn and designed as well as making adjustments to the design so that it is would be more aesthetically but ergonomically suitable for clients. The first row shows first initial drawing in a 3D format designed in SolidWorks, it shows the building at the four isometric perspectives to see every angle of the building. The second row is the second initial design idea which is also shown at four isometric points. The third row shows a project which I had done previously to design a business building in which I made a scale model out of acrylic to make.
Here I have some of my designs which I had made during the time I was learning the 3D program, I started out with housing as it would be on a much easier and smaller scale than business buildings. I was playing with the designs as much as I could so that I can get used to using unique shapes and designs as well as possible material to use in the program.
Drawings of existing buildings from famous architects and iconic buildings. Drawings of self developed buildings from different perspectives with a touch of 3D design of the building and other previously made 3D buildings.
