Introducing a new look and new line
First Citizens was overdue for a facelift, and that's what we provided. A whole new look and a whole new feel for one of the Carolina's most enduring banks. We needed to make the brand relevant to a new, younger consumer without alienating the current customers - always an interesting challenge. I think we did it pretty well.
