London Branding

"Introducing Grand Regent Tower, an exciting canalside development in the heart of Bethnal Green. Comprising of one, two and three-bedroom contemporary apartments, the architecturally-designed spaces blend high-specification detail with cutting-edge style."

A new housing development in Bethnal Green needed branding for each of its new apartments.

The company wanted them to slightly tie in together but show they are different buildings.

With regards to the Regalia branding I based it on using the blueprint of the building itself to then manipulate it into a crown to tie in with the name.

When it came to designing the identity for Titanium alot of ideas were thrown about to relate to the structure of the metal and manipulating it again into the blueprint of the building. However this one just didn't work as good as the previous one. Therefore instead of keeping them similar I decided to try something new which led me to the final idea. The new housing is in a great location with fantastic views of London, therefore I took inspiration from the shape of a titanium pole and its jaggered edges and manipulated it to look like the different landmarks of London, including the new housing located centre and top of the circle.
