Wood, Paper Mache, Jasmine OilAn experimental collaboration with Odette Blaisdell. The inspiration for this artwork is derived from Gaston Bachelard's "The Poetic of Space" on the duality of indoors an outdoors. Installed by a window ledge at Metcalf building's staircase, this installation is time-specific and its appearance changes with the light setting outdoor. Cold wind enters from the light holes, carrying with it a particular scent while heat rises from the radiator below the installation.
