A Headdress I created for a costume. The deer antlers are authentic (given to me by a family friend). The antlers were still connected to the top half of the skull, so I covered the skull with fabric and stuffed it with cotton so it would be soft when worn. Two large alligator clips are attached to the bottom of the base to hold onto hair or wig. There are also two long strips of leather that is used to wrap around the head to help support the weight of the antlers. The flowers are fake and purchased from Hobby Lobby. I made each flower and greenery its own hair clip so it can be work separaetlely from the antlers, as well as moved around to give it some variety in styles.
