I have been asked to design a wedding announcement / invitation card. The brief was to create a vintage theatre ticket look. I played on typography and paper effects to beautify this simple composition. The text "Le Mariage" (the wedding in French) has then been embossed and the RSVP part has been pre-cut to mimique the theatre ticket.

J'ai eu l'opportunité de travailler sur un faire-part de mariage. La demande était de créer une composition avec un effet rétro s'apparentant à un ancien ticket de théâtre. La pièce repose essentiellement sur le jeux typographique. Le texte "Le Mariage" a été gaufré et la partie RSVP pré-découpée pour reproduire l'effet ticket de théâtre.
Two versions has been created: the red one for those invited to the dinner party and the blue one for the wedding ceremony only.
Deux version ont été crée: une rouge pour les personnes invitées à la soirée et une bleu pour celles invitées uniquement à la cérémonie.
Printed on a beautiful Tintoretto Ivory texturized paper.
