Can packaging design change the negative
perception people have on eating insects?
Insects could be the future of protein — It's
much healthier for consumption and for
the environment in terms of industrial sized
farming in comparison to other forms of
livestock. If we were to overcome the stigma
against the eating of insects as a primarily
socially constructed resistance, the movement
towards replacing beef and pork with insect
proteins could be a solution to many of the
environmental and health issues we face today.
