Stippled Scientific Illustrations

  • Over a period of  6 weeks I participated in an archaeological dig in Tuscany, Italy. This is a collection of my true-to-scale illustrations of Etruscan artifacts found on the Poggio Civitate Excavation dig. Done with rapidograph pens on vellum.
  • Studies of fungi with convoluted caps and campanulate (bell-shaped) pileus. Done with rapidograph pens on bristol.
