This brief was part of a student packaging competition held by Goldpack, in which, my design placed as a finalist.
It required the design and mock-up of a unique packaging solution for an in-flight economy meal. A large contributor, to the cost of waste management and recycling of in-flight meal packaging, is the need to separate food waste from its recyclable packaging components. I attempted to solve this problem by creating a 100% biodegradable packaging solution, using paper materials resistant to heat, and bio-plastic.
