Augmented Reality Table Tents for Travel Portland

Travel Portland had Lumenal Code create interactive table tents for their 2015 Sate of the Industry Breakfast. Each table at the event had a table tent, with an illustration of the Portland skyline that you could scan with Layar for an interactive experience.
You can download Layar for free at get.layar.com
It began as a digital sketch, and after several rounds of online collaboration, we had a dialed in illustration, with cut paths for the printer to cut out the skyline.
When you scan it with Layar, the cityscape comes to life, The black and white image becomes a full color view of the coty in the morning, with sun rays beaming through and clouds floating by. Two little buttons pop out in 3d, appearing to float an inch or so above the image . Clicking the buttons launches a full-wcreen view with some fun facts about the Portland Travel Industry, and the ability to tweet or share  the fun fact.
