Custom Learning Designs was the top of the on line learning market for employee training.  They designed on line learning that was translated into multiple languages for pharmaceutical companies.  I worked as part of the technology design team.
CLD on line training was designed in Flash.  It utilized custom programming for the language translations to seamlessly flow into the text boxes.  I worked in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash, designing content and content screens and UI elements.
I was primarily responsible for the screens and graphics for this project.  I worked under a senior designer, and with a team including writers, medical illustrators, and programmers.
Learning modules created characters and cases and followed them through diagnosis and treatment to teach about diseases and medicines.
Modules included information a variety of screens including data tables and graphs, reviews, quizzes, menus, vocabulary definitions, and closing screens.
Each on line learning course had a distinctive and recognizable UI design.  Each course was designed with multiple types of screens to hold different types of content.
Each module prepared the sales staff for knowledgeably discussing disease treatments and pharmaceuticals.
The graphics were designed to present them material clearly and in a deliverable file size.
Medical illustrators were an integral part of the team.
Modules were designed to be translated into other languages so the text would feed in to the screens from a database.
Detailed information about therapies for stages of disease were treated, for a well rounded knowledge of the subject matter.
Treatment pathways were presented for each of the drug therapies presented.  CLD designed each module with signature colors and UI designs.  The modules were then published on company intranet sites for the use of their employees.
