Gam•bit [gámbit] a remark used to open a conversation. Gambit Winery helps introduce a neophyte to the elegance of choosing and finding a fine wine. I am new to wine and I felt that wines today lacked the necessary information such as: how to store/ serve as well as food pairings. Choosing a fine wine is like finding that right person. Once you’ve found it/them its a lasting relationship.
