My work
Scope and design mission on the revamp of two responsive e-business websites for Pierre & Vacances and Center Parcs. Functional audit, user interviews, defining personas and users scenarios, leading of functional workshops (identifying needs and opportunities, prioritization), definition of UX Maps, creating PDDs and zonings. Sketching and wireframing.
Functional workshops
After defining several personas based on user interviews, observations and data analysis, I conducted workshops with the client, business specialists and agency members. The aim was to identify the users needs, questions and opportunities on the travel process.
User Experience Map
This work conduct to the delivery of UX Maps. This tool helps the team to identify the key moments in the decisional process and to find opportunities (contents or functions) to help the user along all the travel steps (Inspiration, Selection, Booking...) on every devices.
Page Description Diagrams
A PDD is a list of the ordered function and content for each key pages with the main item illustrated. It is a first step before the full page wireframing.
Sketch and wireframing
First researches for the new UI are sketched. The complete wireframes are made with Axure.
