THE SKIRTS is a personal project I did during the summer.
As a designer and student, there comes a time when you found your place of work full of fabric scraps. Of course the first option is to throw that away, but by doing that you're making more garbage and polluting the world, so at last it is not a good solution.
Then I thought, well maybe I should do something with all this, but I found few scraps that actually could work for making another garment.
Mini skirts and there's just 1 midi skirt, were the perfect type of pieces to solve my scrap problems, it actually worked and it was also a very profitable business.
