The Problem:
This offset in the tyre inflator valve causes fouling with the rim.
This causes two problems:-
The upper offset makes air filling at the customer end extremely difficult.
The lower offset due to prolonged metal to metal contact causes damage to the nozzle over time and causes leaks.

1st Iteration of Prototype
Low Fidelity prototype to test concept.
2nd Iteration of the Prototype
Utilizing three metal rods welded together to provide a metal handle to increase ease of use.
Final Prototype in Action:
The final prototype attached to the tyre rim to prevent the tyre inflator valve from offsetting during the air filling operation. This prototype was submitted to the Production Engineering Department for Standardization and Replication.
