TOURIST TRAIN INTERIOR DESIGN

University design project_4th year_final project

I wanna design the interior of the tourism train, on which all tourists could totally relax in the most comfortable conditions. Besides, i wanna make a design which is not too far from reality as well as can meet the practicability demands.

PART 1: FIRST-CLASS COACH

PART 2: FIRST CLASS DINING CAR

- First half is for the normal dinning furniture which could be re-arranged optionally to change the funtion of this space to the Buffet area
- Second half is for the personal sitting area along the glass wall with panorama view, which could be a long bar for a buffet party when the space is changed

In the morning, the restaurant car is totally under the beautiful sunlight. Besides, the curtains which are hidden in a technical box on ceiling could be dropped down along the glass wall, between two glass layers if necessary

PART 3: ON - RAIL HOTEL BATHROOM

I wanna design a luxury space for the leisure passengers who want to enjoy most in every second of their life especially on the way travelling on holiday. A private sleeping cell with a luxury bathroom would make a tourism train not only a first-class one but also a five-star hotel on rail.

PART 4: CORRIDOR ON THE SIDE OF SLEEPING CAR

Because of using most area on the sleeping car for the sleeping cell, the side corridor is just a long, narrow, simple space and almost just used for passengers or servers going back and forth or along the train. As a result, i wanna make this place more pleasant for the passenger communicating with each other, bring to this space an intimate atmosphere as well as a natural fresh air.
