According to creator Ben "Benjamin" Ringel, this special condition may be magic, invoking the alien, creating scientific conditions, or simply tearing up apart the fabric of space and time itself. Ringel talks about the tons of ways you can create this "void", this vortex that can suck up the souls of the living.
