Philip James is one of Greater Manchester’s largest independent chains of estate agents. Following from our recent work with them we were approached to put together a brochure for a new sub-brand of theirs concentrating on property investment within and around the city centre.
 
They needed
The Buyers Club brand needed to be developed through a new brochure that would appeal to worldwide investors and focus on why Manchester is the perfect area to invest in. With the arrival of Media City and the rapid growth of other new city centre developments it was important that the document conveyed a certain type of quality and refinement mirroring the changing face of Manchester.
 
We delivered
A 24 page brochure which reflected the passions and views for the new company with large scale black and white imagery with a signature blue line cutting through to add a modern contrast. We created typographic info-graphics as well as redrawing a Manchester map to fit in with the new look and feel for the brand.
 
The results
A contemporary brochure that perfectly fits the brand and perspective audience. We feel the images below speak for themselves!
We decided to run with black and white large scale imagery to really capture the changing landscape of the city, as well as fit with the mininamlist theme used throughout.
