This is a painting I made for my Winter Session class, Subverting the Nude. The painting depicts a woman (on the right) who has gone to the circus to view a display of "freaks." She is surprised to discover that the "freak" behind the curtain is very much like herself in dress and manner. This painting is Oil on Canvas.
