The Protect Your Money campaign is lead by the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs' Office of Financial Empowerment. It's goals are to help New Yorkers make the most of their hard-earned dollars by providing many free programs and services, including safe bank accounts and one-on-one financial counseling.
