A series of monoprints about entropy.
Entropy is the natural decline into disorder. This change may seem negative, but in order for systems to build, they must break first.
This series is reflecting on what it means to change and fall into disorder to create something new.
This series was also investigating alternative print making methods. All were made using a sheet styrofoam as the plate and hand printed with a spoon onto aged newspring or other ephemeral found papers. Once printed, they were chine-colléd onto a bigger sheet of museum board to create diptychs.
