This project is located in industrial area and has the potential to develop based on the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) as many infrastructures situated and passing through the site area. This 22 Ha site is situated in the flood area. We take it as a potential value to create a lake as water collector and provide a landscape feature for the project. The circulation is made linear to create a strong and clear orientation.
