/ Logo Design Concept /
The logo is a combination of the initial "M" from Mount Parker Residences, and the organic curve of the architecture itself.
The form of the architecture is simplified into two curve lines.The thick line at front exhibits an up-front, bold and confident architectural design, while the thin line behind shows how gentle and contemporary the design is.
In order to enhance the organic feel of the logo, angles are ruled out in the design. So even the bottom of the thick line is in round corner. The choice of font is based on the same concept - a contemparary combination of thick and thin strokes.

We believe the architecture itself is the unique selling point, so we use a minimal approach to let the building speaks the most.
A 3D renerding shines under the sunglight in magic hour, standing bold on an off-white background.
Graphic treatment: We add contour lines subtlely as background pattern through out the whole campaign, to create an elegant luxury manner for the residence which built on a mount.

We designed a highlight device for floor planpage. While mouse-over the Tyoical Units on the right, the related flats will light up on the building.
