Those dwellings are located in the Lineal Park for Sagrera, a new project, still under construction, that will cover a big part of the railways of the city, helping mostly to improve the connections between both sides that had been so few and difficult for so many years. It also approcheas the project as a very green way, helping the city to gain a bit of the greenery it was lacking of.
 

The three blocks follow the direction of the park and the surrounding buildings and they spread out throughout all the plot. In the ground floor they become permeables, which helps to the transversal connection between the park and the neighborhood.
 

A group of walkways solve the access to the duplex. This kind of apartments gather the kitchen and the restrooms in the opaque side, giving as much facade as they can to the other rooms.
 

Smaller apartments are located at the rooftop, enjoying the greatest views of the city. They are arranged by a central corridor that gives them 3 facades.
