I was fortunate enough for 'Dsine International' to set me up with the opportunity to model up three genuine Holden, HSV concept 20" rims.
These were to be modelled with the possibility of going into production.

HSV Concept 1
Engineering guidelines
First I revolved the rim derectly from the engineering guidelines.
Next was to develop 3-5 point curves following the rendering provided by the designer.
Surfaces were then produced using the tools square, rail and extent tools from the surfacing tab.
Once the spoke was complete it was then mirrored to the right then revolved completing the rim.
