One week workshop at National Academy of the Arts in Oslo was about renovation an old furniture- it was allowed to do with them whatever + add some new part if it was important for the idea . 

The important part in this task was also the reciver- my chair is dedicated to polish people living abroad . 

Observing polish society in Norway I decided to make a symbolic chair + table/stool/footrest which would remind about a piece of polish culture. 

Materials used in the project are- existing legs, birch plywood and paint. 

With CNC machine I cut in plywood the simplyfied pattern of polish folk pattern. Beside, it has a reference to polish traditional woodcarving.
