Artwork created for magazine advertising, full page layout. I worked with clients to get a feel for overall desired look, then created the files below. Work included design/layout for each publication, photo selection/editing, custom illustrations, headline creations, copywriting and logo work. In addition I worked with in-house editors for proofing material before sending to client. I also managed the submissions to each publication. I was the face of our company meeting and following up with the clients.

Magazine Ad/Full Page for NJ Bride Magazine created and designed for the Olde Mill Inn, Bernardsville, NJ. Working with their marketing manager, Sheila Palka, I created this full page ad. Sheila supplied me with the photos. Together we worked on the tag line "So Inn Love" and I came up with the typography for that headline. We agreed that my suggestion of keeping the copy to a minimum was the way to go and I have to give Sheila a big shout out for going to bat on behalf of that decision. The photo selected tells the entire story and the copy is almost superflous and what remained on this ad is the result of compromise. Personally, I would have dropped it all except for a great action headline. "Make Yours This Magical" or "Bring your dream alive" or something along those lines.
