This is a project that I did on my own. I did not like the look of other light pods that were available to purchase online. I felt that I could redesign it, purchase the lights and make this all on my own.
Eventually I did purchase the lights and I did start on making this, but I sold my Hummer H2 before I could finish it.
I created the rings out of 2 pieces of wood that I cut, sanded and routered the edges. It allowed for a lip for the lights to stay on the inside and prevent from falling out. I fiberglassed the remaining part of the project on to a factory hood bezel that I bought online. I needs a little more sanding and then a coat of paint and could be amazing.
