Our project is a common open system for emergency shelter.
For master plan, we place shelter units in concentric circles under cost and efficiency considerations. We expect it to be able to adapt to a variety of site and different scale of the disaster.
For the emergency unit and temporary housing, we try to achieve with the same components to maximize the use of resources during the transition period before permanent placement, and be able to reduce the cost of transporting material.
Consider the future, this project hope to use construction debris immediately in temporary housing units and also can be reused as material of permanent housing in future.
