Comic Book
This is a part of my thesis project, a comic book for my Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.
"Inversus" takes place in a world of two sides. An upper and lower world, where select few from each side are aware of the inhabitants of the other side. In this world no item is lost, but is instead transferred to the other side and is treated as an object of value. The wolrd is influenced by the work of Neil Gaiman "Neverwhere", where real and surreal are blended in a world of mystic agreements and heroic individuals. The "floating market" is an element that inspired me immensely
and breathed new life into this story, along with my personal thoughts and feelings about fear, loss,
dreams and reality.
