Table Talker Concept 2015 - Spruce Goose

This project developed from creating the new drinks menu for Spruce Goose Cafe, a table talker. So I thought how could I incorporate it into the condiments that already live on the table, such as tomato sauce, tabasco, hp sauce, salt and pepper shakers. This lead me to think about how easily it could be all together in one table talker.
Above is the front view of the table talker, having the table number at the top, so customers know what table they are at for when they go to the till to pay the bill. Along with a symbol along side it, symbolising what side of the large table they are on or in what section; like about next to the number ''55'' there is a glass and bottle, which means ''barside'' and the number ''56'' has water ripples next to it and that means '''seaside''. Also then having the menu on both sides rest up against the back of the table talker, so the customer can still pick up and handle the menu. As table 55 is a large table there is it is a  double sided table talker. As shown below in a side view, both sides of the table talker for a large table for a large table at Spruce Goose.
Above s the side view of the large table talker.
Above is a side view of a singular table talker for small tables at the Spruce Goose, along with the symbols used on the table talker to refer to where the table is situated or on what side of the table. Such as airport side, outside, seaside, port side (east), starboard (west), mid and upstairs, Along with the symbols that are next to the condiments, tabasco, watthies tomato sauce, salt and pepper shakers and hp sauce.
Above is the bird's eye views of the small and large table talkers, showing where all the sauces and things would fit into place. So there are cut outs for the condiments, the shakers and sauces, so it easy to see what are grabbing and it will be engraved into would or plastic, what the condiments are called so they can be placed back in the proper place, also so it's easier for it to be there in front of the customer to simply grab and use as they wish, as well as for the staff, not having to take the time and go find things and then possibly tell them that they may have run out.
