This is a mixed project, composed of 2 different and completely separate projects. It's interesting to say that Mr. Walter Helwich has been contacted by the same person and both of these projects have been designed especially for him. The person insisted on a 3D model from eagle view, and so, without further ado - here is the resulting project.
