"A Dream Colored in Grey"

"A Dream Colored in Grey"
The work is inspired by the play "Suitcase Packers" (אורזי המזוודות) written by Hanoch Levin (1943-1999) - a prominent Israeli play writer, poet, and author.

The "Suitcases Packers" was defined by Levin as "a comedy with eight funerals". The plot tells the story of few families and individuals, striving to find a way to leave their dull and lonely lives, pack their few belongings and find a brilliant future far from their current surrounding.Though being miserable all characters also display absurd features full of humor.

The piece was created with the great help and attentive guidance of Edith Fischer-Katz in "Zoota" a studio for creation in polymer clay.

The composition does not directly depict a scene or characters from the play but rather give my perception of their emotional world.
