GROW SoHo examines at the existing food infrastructure of Lower Manhattan in New York, and attempts to redesign various related food typologies—like production and distribution—and integrate with regional communities and individual agents and constituents. The scales and programs that span the spectrum from community gardens to industrial-scale vertical farming, this project is an intensive solution for the Climate Change Museum Launch that frames climate change within the food and its concerns in a hyperurban context of Canal Street.
