Ludlow Literary and Arts Center,
Modeled in Revit, Perspective Finished with Marker and Oil Pastel
The exterior of the Ludlow Literary and Arts Center is designed to showcase the Ludlow community by providing viewing portals to the important landmarks in the area while serving as a central landmark itself.  It is designed as a large-scale sculpture to reinforce the artistic feel of the community and to mirror the artistic elements within the building's walls.

Revit provided preliminary renderings to give an understanding of the exterior of the building, and also aided immensely with the environmental technology incorporated into the design.  By showing the daylighting at different times over the course of a year, decisions could be made about window placement, as well as shading, and maximization of thermal comfort.
