These drawings are the visual and physical translation of my biggest struggle -- charcoal, wood, and Stonehenge. The grpahic and stylized rectangles are taped off then ink washed after the completion of the charcoal drawings. I use this series to draw a conclusion on this painful, yet extremely rewarding year.
