The organization

 

Challenge: Create a name that is inclusive without losing the brand built by the organizatoin. Alumni advocated to remain Gay, Lesbian and Straight Society (G.L.A.S.S.) while new members sought to make a difference. 

 

Solution: Rebrand G.L.A.S.S. (The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Society) to G.L.A.S.S. (The Gender, Love & Sexuality Spectrum)
