Nalbari is a beautiful district in Assam. Like other districts even Nalbari contibutes in making Jaapi- traditional headgear of Assam and needed to be trained in making bamboo product like others.
This project was to come up with simple lifestyle bamboo products by which they can start with basic techniquies in bamboo work other than Jaapi. Along with the concepts to train them idea is also to make them understand the value of detailing and aesthetic approach to the products.
The range of products are made of bamboo splits- bend and weaved.
