Composing with Glyphs was a project that in my typography art class. The objective was the create a unified design using letters and numbers. The glyphs should look more like shapes as the end result more than type on the page. 

 

For the Sans Serif project, I used the circular shapes of the font to draw movement towards the bottom at the focal point.

 

For the Serif project, I the an assymetrical design with both white and black to create 

balance. The large 'g' gives the piece movement and draws your eye around the design.
