A stencil was made for the letters to be transferred to the wood. The solder was heated to a malleable state in order to reshape it within the letter stencils on the wood.

The process was very time consuming but the end result is very effective. The texture that the letters have is very interesting and unusual with a raw effect. Photos of the letters were taken and digitally assembled to make the letter board above.
