Diwali Decoration - Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

To celebrate diwali, Raffles College of Higher Education Kuala Lumpur collaborated with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
Therefore a designer team (Raffles graduates) was formed, and I am one of them. 8 designers designed different part for decoration.
The docoration was sketches first, discussed with Pavilion team and after that we came up with digital sketches, with floor plans that already given.
The theme of diwali decoration is elephant, and we also design it based on golden ratio.

This design was placed in main entrance. However, some parts of acrylic design was changed by another party.
On the outside, there were designed rangolis. 14 rangolis were designed based on the story of Lord Ramawhose 14 year journey started when his father King Dashratha sent him on exile. For 14 years, Rama, with his wife Sita and brother Lakshman, travelled through forests across the subcontinent. Their journey was replete with interesting twists and turns, as they made their way from Ayodhya to Lanka and back.

Here are some pictures of realization from digital sketches into reality. More than 80 Raffles students dispatched in 2 days to finish the deadline.
By using colorful rice, beads, pearls and any other materials, the project was finished.
