My own version of book cover illustration for the book "Le Petit Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.
The illustration depicts the little prince holding a rose that reminds him of his rose at his home planet that is a long way from plant Earth. While wondering how to return home, the cunning rattle snake tells him a way to get back to his planet.
Done on A4 drawing paper with 2B pencil, colouring pencils, and watercolour.
