The project dealt with studying the operations & design processes of the company and then suggesting ways to re-allign &improve the same for better work output & co-ordination among all offices and disciplines.
The process followed was studying the existing process by working on various projects across many Industries, doing secondary research and analysis and thereafter finding Gaps and opportunities in the company's process.
Following this, a system structure was developed specific to the company and according to which a standard operation procedure was designed. IT took care of all the gaps and opportunities identified.
The Operation procedure would be a web application which can be referred to be the company team members.
