HighGround Client Programs

STRUCK

Struck's program utilizes HighGround's default recognition structure, splitting the badges into Achievement, Company Value (called "Pillars" here) and Everyday badges—each becoming less exclusive and more democratized respectively. For Struck's program I had to clearly convey the nature of each category while embodying the client's brand as a bold creative agency.

NAVIGANT

Navigant's brand is heavily based on designs created for them by the illustrator Craig Frazier. For Navigant's program I borrowed elements from Frazier's style to create imagery that retains the client's visual language, while allowing each recognition to come onto its own.
GIVEFORWARD

GiveForward is an online fundraising platform for charitable causes. Due to the nature of their work, the client wanted their program to have a more "human" and "imperfect" aesthetic than what we might usually associate with design for social media. To solve this problem, I incorporated a Wacom tablet to hand-draw the textures. GiveForward has since used a handful of these designs for internal promotional items.
