Yakult is a Japanese probiotic beverage created to help balance the digestive system. The problem is that it the original packaging is wasteful and looks unfamiliar to the American consumer.

The new Yakult bottle is a more sustainable approach to the healthy drink because it combines all 5 individual servings into one  bottle. The design uses biomimicry, design inspired by nature, using the human digestive system as its source of inspiration (as shown with the circles).
